The short version

• Chronon is a timing and reflection tool — not professional advice and not a guarantee of outcomes.
• You need to be at least 13 to use Chronon.
• Keep your account details accurate, especially birth information used for calculations.
• Free features stay free; paid plans and reports unlock more depth through the App Store or Google Play.
• Be respectful. Do not abuse the service or try to break it.
• We may update Chronon and these terms over time.

Who we are

Chronon is operated by Underlabs. In these terms, "Chronon," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the team that builds and runs the product. "You" means the person using Chronon.

What Chronon is — and is not

Chronon combines deterministic astrological calculation with readable language to help you notice timing, pressure, opportunity, and reflection themes in your life. Features include Today (Daily Pulse), Time (life cycles), Ask Chronon, Archive, and optional Deep Reads or Premium access.

Chronon is for self-understanding and thoughtful decision-making. It is not:

• Medical, mental health, or therapeutic advice
• Financial, investment, or legal advice
• A substitute for emergency or crisis support
• A promise that any event will or will not happen

Readings and AI-generated text describe patterns and possibilities based on the information you provide. They are not certainty. Important life decisions deserve your own judgment and, where appropriate, qualified professionals.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Chronon. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Chronon only with permission from a parent or guardian who accepts these terms on your behalf.

Your account

You sign in with your email address. You are responsible for access to that email account and for activity that happens under your Chronon profile.

Birth date, time, place, and related chart settings directly affect calculations. Please enter information as accurately as you can. If your birth time is uncertain, use the options Chronon provides rather than guessing without noting uncertainty.

Do not share your account in a way that lets others impersonate you or bypass purchase limits. One continuity profile should represent one person.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Chronon for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the service
• Circumvent access controls, entitlements, or rate limits
• Submit content that infringes someone else's rights or contains malware
• Misrepresent Chronon output as guaranteed fact or professional certification

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these rules have been broken or the service is being misused.

Free and paid features

Chronon includes a free tier centered on Daily Pulse and limited Ask Chronon usage. Premium subscriptions and one-time purchases unlock additional depth — such as expanded Ask Chronon, Deeper Daily Pulse, Why Today?, Week Ahead, and Deep Reads timing reports.

Feature availability may change as the product evolves, but we aim to keep the core free Daily Pulse useful without surprise paywalls on the basic daily signal.

Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions (monthly or annual) renew automatically through the Apple App Store or Google Play until you cancel. Pricing is shown in the app before you confirm a purchase. Cancel anytime in your store account settings; cancellation stops future renewals but does not usually refund the current billing period.

One-time purchases

Timing reports, question packs, and similar items are sold as one-time in-app purchases unless otherwise stated. Some offers — such as birthday-window pricing — appear only when you are eligible based on birth date already in your profile. Offers are optional and time-limited without fake countdown pressure.

Refunds and billing disputes

Payments are processed by Apple or Google, not directly by Chronon. Refund requests and billing issues are handled under those platforms' policies. If something looks wrong with your entitlements after a purchase, contact [email protected] and we will help investigate.

AI-generated content

Some Chronon text is produced with AI assistance from computed chart and timing data. We design the system to stay grounded in that computed data, but language models can still produce imperfect phrasing. Treat output as reflective guidance, not authoritative instruction.

Chronon does not recommend gemstones, rituals, medical treatments, investments, or other remedies through the product experience.

Your content

Questions, reflections, and feedback you save remain yours in a personal sense. You grant Chronon a limited license to store and process that content so we can provide the archive, generate answers, and improve reliability of the service. We do not claim ownership of your private notes for unrelated purposes.

You can request deletion of your account and associated content on our account deletion page or as described in our Privacy Policy.

Our content and intellectual property

Chronon's software, design, branding, calculation methods, and written materials are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not give you ownership of Chronon — only permission to use it as intended.

You may share short excerpts of your own readings for personal use, but you may not copy, resell, or republish Chronon as a competing service or data product without our written permission.

Service availability

We work to keep Chronon reliable, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Maintenance, bugs, third-party outages, or device issues may occasionally affect availability. We may add, change, or retire features as the product develops.

We are not liable for decisions you make based on Chronon output, for temporary downtime, or for events outside our reasonable control.

Disclaimer of warranties

Chronon is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that readings will be accurate for every situation or that the service will be error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Underlabs and Chronon are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to Chronon is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for Chronon in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) fifty US dollars, except where local law does not allow such limits.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers or limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Ending your use

You may stop using Chronon at any time and request account deletion via our account deletion page or by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the service. Sections that naturally should survive — such as disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute terms — remain in effect after termination.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Chronon grows. When we do, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top. Continued use after a meaningful change means you accept the updated terms, to the extent allowed by law.

General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Chronon regarding the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
