Request account and data deletion
You can ask us to delete your Chronon account and the personal data linked to it. Send a request from the email address you use to sign in to Chronon so we can verify ownership.
What to include
Your email to [email protected] should include:
- The email address tied to your Chronon account
- A clear request to delete your account and associated data
- Any extra context if you use Chronon on more than one device
What we delete
When your request is confirmed, we remove from our active systems:
- Your profile and sign-in identity
- Birth and chart details stored for your account
- Saved Daily Pulse archive and reflection notes
- Ask Chronon history and generated answers
- Timing reports and entitlement records tied to your account
- Relevance feedback you submitted
Data cached only on your device is cleared when you uninstall the app or clear app storage. We may retain a small amount of information where the law, billing disputes, or security require it — as described in our Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions and purchases
Deleting your Chronon account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription automatically. Cancel renewals in your store account settings if you no longer want Premium.
How long it takes
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within a reasonable period, typically within 30 days. We will reply by email when your request is received and when deletion is complete.
